1). BREATHEπŸ’¨

I know everyone knows this, and, at the same time it's surprising how often we forget to do it. So take a deep breath; write a note and post it somewhere to remind to you do it again, and again; and consider a form of mediation you're drawn to, even if it's simply laying down, relaxing, breathing, and picturing and/or thinking of things that feel good to you.
