THE BENEFIT OF DRINKING WATER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING

Yesterday a friend came to my house and was surprised at the bag of sachet water she and I bought 5 days to that day and it’s almost finished and she end up asking how I did them.“So you have started sharing your pure water with people now”. That’s what she said and I burst out laughing because I didn’t do any of such.

Whereas why will be sharing water with people when it’s not that I had a visitor and he or she take out of it but I end up telling her I drank all the sachet water alone and she was like how is that possible? I love drinking water every morning without even eating or being thirsty and it’s a norm for me that I don’t like skipping.

I get to know the benefit of drinking water every morning from one of my secondary school friends that studies nursing at the University now. I was talking to her one day and she brings up the matter I quickly went online to google it and see that it’s true to drink water every morning. Since that day It has been a routine for me to drink water every morning even on empty stomach.

Drinking water early or first thing in the morning flushes out the stomach and this will help us build a strong immune system. Which will prevent us from getting sick or feeling unwell often. Drinking water early in the morning also prevents headaches and reduces weight, and I will say you should try drinking water first thing in the morning if you aren’t doing that and get to see the changes that process will bring to your body.

Drinking water in the morning will make you stay hydrated and it’s good for your skin and body too. That’s why most people that does the routine of drinking water every morning body that is always fresh and they are healthy too😊. It also prevents kidney stones, flushes toxins from the body, cleanses bowels, and increases a person's energy.

So, shouldn’t you start the same routine and keep your body fresh and healthy? If you want to start, you can start with one glass of water.

Drinking water first thing in the morning may look easy but a lot of people that start doing that end up not doing it anymore after the first and second day of trying because they get tired or maybe it skip their mind and I will say I am not left out otherwise because there are a lot of days that I end up not drinking water first thing in the morning.
