Life is happening.

I can sense some sort of thirst that young folks over here are trying to quench by all means. That thirst is the thirst for wealth, success and a broad length of things in that category. I'm also filled with that thirst and I'm relentlessly trying to find the perfect strategy that can help me attain success and amass wealth.

One of the things that have become fairly obvious in my quest for wealth is the age-long statement which says that effort leads to success. I can't tell the amount of my success that can be attributed to being a consequence of my effort, but yeah, the importance of making effort cannot be overemphasized. I bet you already know that much.

Just because things are not always going the way we plan, it is not uncommon to see folks who are doing so much work to attain success, yet their effort never seems to yield results. They work round the clock but still struggle to afford 3 decent meals per day.

This is why so many people are feeling dejected about the work they do and about their life which pretty much seems like stagnant life. Some feel like giving up while others are nursing the thoughts of going down a really bad road to attain success.

Life is so freaking hard. It gets even tougher in a society like ours where people are not getting enough encouragement when they are trying their best to do things the right way. It's like you have this huge burden on your shoulder and you are carrying it all over the place. All you need is someone to say 'Well Done' or 'Keep it Up', but no one ever says any of those things.

How about we think about this for a few seconds?

When people are doing their best to improve their life, you may not have what it takes to help them get better. You may not have a job to offer or money to give, but you can come up with genuine encouraging words. Yeah, those words of encouragement doesn't cost a quid.

Interestingly, the positive impact of every encouraging word we say to people is usually beyond the stretch of our imagination. It helps people to stay inspired and motivated when they are trying to put their lives in order.

Always be careful to give credit when credit is due. It doesn't matter if you are dealing with a friend, a stranger, or a waiter in a new cafe... Be kind with your words. You just don't know what those encouraging words means to anyone hearing it.
