The last three years have been the strangest and most stressful of my life. From the Pandemic, health restrictions, the military conflict in Russia and Ukraine, the energy and financial crisis have wreaked havoc worldwide like I have never seen in my life. This has obviously caused many other problems. An article I read recently reported that cases of anxiety and depression in Germany increased by almost 25%. This is terrible news! In today's Podcast Michaela and I will talk about loneliness and some possible solutions to help us in the midst of this mental health crisis.
