Paso a contarles un poco sobre una salida improvisada junto a mi pequeña Alison el domingo pasado. Creo que el impulso fue la dura semana laboral que acababa de terminar, y la verdad considerando que es una pequeña niña de 3 años se portó bien acompañándome esos días al trabajo, así que como una pequeña recompensa, o más bien para tomarnos un respiro fuimos por unos helados.
Alison al igual que yo ama los helados, son su cosa favorita en el mundo, cada vez que ve una de esas neveras grandes con helados en cualquier local quiere uno, aunque no puedo complacerla todo el tiempo más por el tema de que no consuma tanto dulce.
Por ahí dicen que todo en exceso hace daño, y es cierto, así que de vez en cuando la complazco con un rico helado. Por ello en ese día en especial me anime a darle un pequeño gusto; igualmente yo estaba un poco nostálgica y nada que suba más el ánimo que un rico helado. Decidimos almorzar en casa e inmediatamente alistarnos para ir en búsqueda de nuestro manjar dulce.
Alison ya estaba fuera de casa primero que yo en señal de que estaba lista para salir, aunque de vez en cuando se asomaba a recordarme que me diera prisa. A eso de las 3pm salimos, estaba haciendo muchísimo sol pero ese que más bien anuncia la lluvia, igualmente no faltaba esa brisa fría que nos obligó a usar abrigos a pesar de todo.
Hicimos nuestra rica parada en la heladería de siempre, pero esta vez le escogí a mi hija uno de esos helados que decoran con algún motivo, hay de animales, carros y hasta de un payasito; ese fue el que escogió Alison. Su sabor preferido es el arcoiris, tenía sirope de chicle, la barquilla o cono y chispas de colores, definitivamente estuvo feliz con su elección.
El mío fue una locura porque siempre me decido por los mismos sabores en una barquilla, pero esta vez fui más allá y escogí tres sabores que no suelo pedir, macadamia, postre con chispas de chocolate y napolitano, además de ponerle sirop de chocolate y maní. Creo que con eso se me pasó la tristeza demasiado rápido jajaja.
El caso es que mi niña disfrutó mucho. No pasamos por el parque ya que estuvo lloviznando un poco más tarde, pero si compré algunos ingredientes para hacer hamburguesas en casa y terminar el día con broche de oro. La cara de mi hija al ver la hamburguesa lista no tiene precio jajaja, claro que no se comió todo eso, solo una parte.
Lo realmente bueno es el tiempo que pasamos juntas, despejar un poco la mente siempre es bueno, el esparcimiento para los niños también es necesario ya que también suelen sentir estrés o contagiarse del nuestro. Mi estado de ánimo cambió mucho gracias a eso, una vez más mi hija fue mi superheroína cuando más la necesitaba.

I'm moving on to tell you a little bit about an impromptu outing together with my little Alison last Sunday. I think the impetus was the hard work week that had just ended, and the truth considering that she is a little girl of 3 years old she behaved well accompanying me to work those days, so as a small reward, or rather to take a break we went for some ice cream.
Alison just like me loves ice creams, they are her favorite thing in the world, every time she sees one of those big coolers with ice creams in any place she wants one, although I can't please her all the time due to the fact that she doesn't consume so much sweet.
They say that too much of everything hurts, and it's true, so from time to time I please her with a delicious ice cream. That's why on that special day I decided to give her a little treat; I was a little nostalgic and there's nothing more uplifting than a nice ice cream. We decided to have lunch at home and immediately got ready to go in search of our sweet treat.
Alison was already out of the house before me as a sign that she was ready to go, although every now and then she would peek out to remind me to hurry. At about 3pm we headed out, it was sunny but that one that rather heralded rain, equally there was no shortage of that cold breeze that forced us to wear coats regardless.
We made our delicious stop at the usual ice cream shop, but this time I chose my daughter one of those ice creams that they decorate with a motif, there are animals, cars and even a clown; that was the one Alison chose. Her favorite flavor is rainbow, it had bubble gum syrup, the cone and colored sprinkles, she was definitely happy with her choice.
Mine was crazy because I always go for the same flavors in a bar, but this time I went a step further and chose three flavors that I don't usually order, macadamia, chocolate chip dessert and Neapolitan, plus I put chocolate syrup and peanuts. I think with that I got over the sadness too fast hahaha.
The thing is that my little girl enjoyed it a lot. We didn't go to the park since it was drizzling a little later, but I did buy some ingredients to make hamburgers at home and end the day on a high note. My daughter's face when she saw the hamburger ready was priceless hahaha, of course she didn't eat all of it, just part of it.
The really good thing is the time we spent together, to clear our minds a little is always good, recreation for children is also necessary because they also tend to feel stress or catch our stress. My mood changed a lot thanks to that, once again my daughter was my superhero when I needed her the most.
