Hola, hola! Cómo han estado? Estoy muy agradecida por este tiempo que te tomas para leer mi post, recientemente estoy en Hive para la comunidad de @motherhood donde estoy dando mis primeros pasos y poco a poco conociendo e interactuando con otras experiencias de la familia y maternidad.
En esta ocasión quiero ofrecerles una pequeña ruta (de lo que a mí me funcionó) para empezar ese primer mes que tanta ansiedad provoca, porque queremos tener de todo para cubrir las necesidades de ese ser tan especial o también puede ser que deseas dar un obsequio de calidad y acá puedes tener una idea.
¡Así que acá vamos!
Recuerdo que cuando ya estaba en el segundo trimestre de Loa fue cuando empezamos a ver opciones para lo que sería la habitación, soy de gustos minimalistas así que tratamos de buscar artículos que no ocuparan tanto espacio y sobre todo un buen precio ¡me encanta ser cazadora de ofertas! puedo ir de negocio en negocio hasta encontrar el precio ganador, sin embargo en esta oportunidad me tocó hacer la cacería virtualmente.
Logré encontrar una tienda muy buena que contaba con sede física y también realizaba envíos, eso es muy importante porque en ocasiones encontramos mejores precios y no son necesariamente cerca de nuestra localidad.
En esta tienda hicimos la compra de:
El Corral: muchos nos aconsejaron primero hacer la compra de corral antes de pasar a algo mas elaborado como la cuna porque el bebé va a pasar por una etapa de adaptación en dónde para dormir se sentirá más seguro durmiendo con sus cuidadores ya que sentirá su calor y luego cuando ya conozcan en qué fase tenga el sueño profundo puedan llevarlo al corral (esto toma tiempo y cada bebé es distinto, pero se puede lograr) lo excelente es que también hay corrales con opción a colecho que los hará sentir mucho más seguros a la hora de dormir.
Nuestro corral no fue tipo colecho, pero igualmente ha sido muy funcional, vino con : Cambiador

Compartimiento para guardar algunos artículos que desees tener cerca
Base para colocar el colchón.
Así que si para tu presupuesto encuentras un corral con estás características es una buena opción para iniciar.
En esta tienda también compramos:
El coche: para nuestra suerte vino en combo de cuna más coche y el que adquirimos es tipo "paraguas" el cual es muy fácil para transportar ya que no ocupa tanto espacio y suelen ser los más económicos, en caso de que busques practicidad, comodidad y economia este estilo es muy recomendable.
Una vez ya lista esta etapa de corral y coche, teníamos que ir comprando sus artículos de uso diario, algo que nos ayudó muchísimo fue realizar un Baby Shower, cada detalle de nuestros seres queridos nos ayudó demasiado en nuestro primer mes, sin embargo en caso de que no desees o puedas realizarlo te comentaré lo básico que utilizamos:
Es importante que sepas que para los primeros meses la piel del bebé aún es muy delicada por lo cual los productos que utilicemos deben ser neutros, sin fragancias y preferiblemente libres de parabenos.
La rutina para la hora del baño ha sido muy sencilla la cual consta de :
Shampoo: cómo les mencioné es de tipo Neutro, en nuestro país (Venezuela) tenemos la marca "Baby finger" su linea de productos es de precios muy accesibles.
Loción para el cuerpo: es muy relajante luego del baño además que humecta la piel de tu bebé, la marca que utilizamos es "Chicco" viene con vitamina E, y lo que me encantó de esta loción es que no es grasosa.
Es importante que luego del baño y en cada cambio de pañal limpiemos el ombligo, tanto en el hospital como nuestro pediatra nos recomendó: hacerlo con alcohol absoluto y un hisopo de algodón, de igual forma recomiendo siempre preguntar a tu pediatra.
Toallas para baño: A Loa le regalaron muchas toallas, y en caso de que por tu parte busques alguna en particular hago la recomendación de las que incluyen capucha, ya que luego del baño es importante mantener bien protegida la cabeza de nuestro bebé que es muy frágil y sensible a las temperaturas del ambiente.
Bañera: hay de todos los estilos y precios y créeme que quería una muy elaborada, sin embargo con mucho cariño le regalaron a Loa una bañera clásica, sencilla que cuenta con su desague para luego del baño y buscamos nuestras tradicionales sillas para apoyar la bañera y con las manos vamos realizando el baño, amo esa bañera y cada momento del baño es especial, asi que a veces queremos comprar artículos de lujo cuando lo sencillo y tradicional también funciona.
Por los momentos no contamos con malla o base para la bañera, pero estaremos próximos a comprarla ya que Loa está pesado y para evitar accidentes la base es ideal.
Artículos de uso diarios :
Pañales: súper importantes y generan también ansiedad porque queremos comprar un montón para estar más seguros, no hagan esto! Cada bebé tiene su proceso de crecimiento distinto, en mi caso este primer mes Loa paso de talla recién nacido a talla M, así es, dos tallas más en solo un mes! Así que si tuviéramos todo un closet de una sola talla sería mucho dinero estancado, lo mejor es comprar cantidades moderadas vigilando el peso, talla y las veces que cambias a tu bebé, hay muchas marcas en mercado, las características que a mí me funcionan es que sean ajustables, ofrezcan una excelente absorción y durabilidad, estas características las encontré en la marca Hug Me, su precio también se ajusta a nuestro presupuesto, así que estamos muy felices con esta marca.
Crema antipañalitis: en mi país tenemos una marca de una tienda nacional que se llama Farmatodo, para mí ha Sido nuestra favorita, pero como segunda opción también usamos de la Marca Overskin el cual cuenta con óxido de zinc y ayuda mucho a proteger la piel de rozaduras del pañal, sin importar las marcas que existan en tu pais te recomiendo aquellas cremas que sean fáciles para retirar sus residuos, sin fragancias y algunas vienen acompañadas de aceites como de coco (el cual es un excelente antibacteriano y antiinflamatorio) como también pueden poseer extracto de caléndula que sirve para proteger las pieles delicadas.
Toallas húmedas: también existen de todos los precios y marcas, nosotros usamos las que no tienen fragancias, alcohol y están compuestas en gran porcentaje a base de agua.
Kit de cuidados : el cual cuenta con
cepillo para peinar con cerdas suaves (el más ideal),
tijeras para cortar las uñas (en algunos casos usan limas eléctricas, pero por los momentos he usado las tijeras y no he tenido accidentes)
Termómetro digital, un artículo importante y escencial sobretodo para las primeras vacunas que suelen generar algo de fiebre y debemos vigilar.
Gotero con su medidor para la administración de medicinas
Pañales de tela o muselina : 6 para empezar es buena cantidad y será tu mejor aliado en todo momento, sobretodo cuando estés alimentando al bebé.
Tetero: También hay de todo tipo y marca,el papá de Loa compró el primer tetero, fue de 4 onzas o 120 ML que es una buena medida para comenzar, de las cosas mas importantes y de cuidado es la parte de la tetina, las mas ideales son aquellas que su orificio apenas se note porque facilita el paso del liquido a una velocidad moderada
Cambiador portátil: nuestro corral vino con Cambiador, pero nunca lo hemos usado ya que con el cambiador portátil podemos hacerlo en la cama o en alguna superficie plana , es bastante accesible y ligero si aún no cuentas con un cambiador muy elaborado.
Pañalera: A Loa le regalaron de dos estilos, tenemos una estilo clásica con su compartimientos para los teteros que protegen la temperatura y una moderna que viene con una cuna armable donde se puede colocar al bebé al momento de cambiar el pañal.
Espero que mi humilde recomendación de este primer mes les pueda aportar una gran ayuda! También quiero comentarles acerca de la ropa del bebé, pero como les comenté, voy paso a paso, les mando un abrazo bien grandote y espero leerlos en un próximo post! Besos

I remember when I was already in the second trimester of Loa was when we started to see options for what would be the room, I am a minimalist taste so we tried to find items that did not occupy so much space and above all a good price, I love being a bargain hunter! I can go from business to business until I find the winning price, however this time I had to do the hunt virtually.
I managed to find a very good store that had a physical location and also made shipments, that is very important because sometimes we find better prices and they are not necessarily close to our location.
In this store we made the purchase of:
The baby playpen: many advised us to first buy a playpen before moving on to something more elaborate like a crib because the baby will go through a stage of adaptation where he will feel safer sleeping with his caregivers because he will feel their warmth and then when they know in which phase he is in deep sleep they can take him to the playpen (this takes time and every baby is different, but it can be done) the excellent thing is that there are also playpens with co-sleeping option that will make them feel much safer when it is time to sleep.
Our playpen was not co-sleeping type, but it has been very functional anyway, it came with: Changing table
Mosquito net
Compartment to store some items you want to keep close by.
Base to place the mattress.
So if for your budget you find a playpen with these features is a good option to start.

The stroller: for our luck it came in a combo of crib plus stroller and the one we acquired is the "umbrella" type which is very easy to transport since it does not take up much space and they are usually the most economical, in case you are looking for practicality, comfort and economy this style is highly recommended.
Once we were ready for this stage of the baby and car, we had to go shopping for their daily use items, something that helped us a lot was to make a Baby Shower, every detail of our loved ones helped us a lot in our first month, however in case you do not want or can do it I will tell you the basics that we use:
It is important for you to know that for the first months the baby's skin is still very delicate so the products we use must be neutral, without fragrances and preferably free of parabens.
The routine for bath time has been very simple which consists of :
Shampoo: as I mentioned it is neutral, in our country (Venezuela) we have the brand "Baby finger", their product line is very affordable.
Body lotion: it is very relaxing after the bath and it also moisturizes your baby's skin, the brand we use is "Chicco" it comes with vitamin E, and what I loved about this lotion is that it is not greasy.
It is important that after the bath and every diaper change we clean the navel, both in the hospital and our pediatrician recommended us to do it with absolute alcohol and a cotton swab, likewise I always recommend asking your pediatrician.
Bath towels: Loa was given many towels, and in case you are looking for one in particular I recommend the ones that include a hood, since after the bath it is important to keep our baby's head well protected, as it is very fragile and sensitive to the temperatures of the environment.
Bathtub: there are all styles and prices and believe me I wanted a very elaborate one, however with much affection Loa was given a classic, simple bathtub that has its drain for after the bath and we look for our traditional chairs to support the tub and with our hands we are doing the bath, I love that tub and every moment of the bath is special, so sometimes we want to buy luxury items when the simple and traditional also works.
At the moment we do not have mesh or base for the bathtub, but we will be close to buy it since Loa is heavy and to avoid accidents the base is ideal.
Articles of daily use :
Diapers: super important and also generate anxiety because we want to buy a lot to be safer, do not do this! Each baby has its own growth process, in my case this first month Loa went from size newborn to size M, that's right, two sizes more in just one month! So if we had a whole closet of one size it would be a lot of money stuck, it is best to buy moderate amounts watching the weight, size and the times you change your baby, there are many brands on the market, the features that work for me is that they are adjustable, offer excellent absorption and durability, I found these features in the brand Hug Me, its price also fits our budget, so we are very happy with this brand.
Antipañalitis cream: in my country we have a brand from a national store called Farmatodo, for me it has been our favorite, but as a second option we also use Overskin brand which has zinc oxide and helps a lot to protect the skin from diaper rash, Regardless of the brands that exist in your country I recommend those creams that are easy to remove their residues, without fragrances and some are accompanied by oils such as coconut (which is an excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory) and may also have calendula extract that serves to protect delicate skin.
Wet wipes: they also come in all price ranges and brands, we use the ones without fragrances, alcohol and are composed of a high percentage of water.
Care kit : which includes

scissors to cut the nails (in some cases they use electric nail files, but for the moment I have used the scissors and I have not had any accidents).
Digital thermometer, an important and essential item, especially for the first vaccinations that usually generate some fever and we must keep an eye on it.
Dropper with its meter for the administration of medicines.
Cloth diapers or muslin: 6 to start is a good amount and will be your best ally at all times, especially when you are feeding the baby.
Teat: There are also of all kinds and brands, Loa's dad bought the first teat, it was 4 ounces or 120 ML which is a good measure to start, one of the most important things and care is the part of the teat, the most ideal are those that its hole is barely noticeable because it facilitates the passage of liquid at a moderate speed.
Portable changing table: our playpen came with a changing table, but we have never used it because with the portable changing table we can do it on the bed or on a flat surface, it is quite accessible and light if you still do not have a very elaborate changing table.
Diaper bag: Loa was given two styles, we have a classic style with its compartments for the teats that protect the temperature and a modern one that comes with an assembleable cradle where you can place the baby when changing the diaper.
