Un poco de vitamina E y buenas energías con mis hijos y sobrinos [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos de @motherhood, espero se encuentren muy bien, llenos de mucha Salud e infinitas Bendiciones. Por este lado aprovechando cada minutos de estas maravillosas vacaciones, ya que por primera vez estoy de vacaciones laborales, con mis hijos y adicional con mis sobrinos en casa.

Hello friends of @motherhood, I hope you are feeling very well, full of good health and infinite blessings. On this side, taking advantage of every minute of this wonderful vacation, since for the first time I am on work vacation, with my children and additionally with my nephews at home.

Cómo ya he contado en otras oportunidades, vivo en la paradisíaca Isla de Margarita, muy cerca del mar y uno de las cosas que más disfruto con mis hijos es venir a pasear y conectar con el. Mi hijo actualmente práctica Atletismo y prácticamente todas las vacaciones se la ha pasado constante en sus entrenamientos, esto también es debido a que el próximo mes de Octubre tiene su primer viaje a un Campeonato Nacional de clubes de atletismo, sub 16, en la ciudad de Barquisimeto, Estado Lara.

As I have already said on other occasions, I live on the paradisiacal Margarita Island, very close to the sea and one of the things I enjoy most with my children is coming for a walk and connecting with them. My son currently practices Athletics and practically every vacation he has spent constantly training, this is also because next October he has his first trip to a National Athletics Club Championship, under 16, in the city of Barquisimeto, Lara State.

Esta semana el profesor cambio los entrenamientos para la tarde porque el empezó un post grado y no puede faltar. Entonces mi hijo junto con otros compañeros de la zona se pusieron de acuerdo y se han ido a trotar a las 6am, lo están haciendo con uno de los atletas con más experiencia y vive en el pueblo vecino.

This week the teacher changed the training sessions to the afternoon because he started a postgraduate degree and cannot miss it. So my son along with other classmates from the area agreed and went jogging at 6am. They are doing it with one of the most experienced athletes who lives in the neighboring town.

Luego de trotar, se van a la playa y hacen sus entrenamientos en la arena cosa que me fascina y después se dan su chapuzón. Hoy particularmente el día amaneció opaco porque lluvio durante la noche, pero ya a partir de las 9:00 am el sol comenzó a salir, dejando ver sus aguas cristalinas llenas de pesecitos.

After jogging, they go to the beach and do their workouts in the sand, which fascinates me, and then they take a dip. Today, in particular, the day dawned opaque because it rained during the night, but at 9:00 am the sun began to rise, revealing its crystalline waters full of fish.

De verdad que es maravilloso venir a este lugar, hoy pude fotografíar 3 pajaritos bebés parecían garzas porque tenían sus patas súper largas, pero no me dejaban que me acercara tanto así que no se si la pueden apreciar. También un lindo cangrejo saliendo de su casa en la arena. A lo lejos un barco inmenso, que por estarse celebrando las festividades de nuestra Virgen del Valle pudiera creer que es un barco de la armada venezolana.

It really is wonderful to come to this place, today I was able to photograph 3 baby birds that looked like herons because they had super long legs, but they didn't let me get so close so I don't know if you can appreciate them. Also a cute crab coming out of its house in the sand. In the distance an immense ship, which because the festivities of our Virgin of the Valley are being celebrated, could be believed to be a ship of the Venezuelan navy.

Mientras los muchachos hacían deporte yo caminaba con mi sobrina mayor y luego se echo un baño, ella estaba feliz pues habían huequitos en la arena llenos de pesecitos y sus aguas cristalinas, realmente un paisaje espectacular, bien merecido para los muchachos después de entrenar.

While the boys were playing sports, I walked with my oldest niece and then took a bath. She was happy because there were little holes in the sand full of fish and crystal clear waters, truly a spectacular landscape, well deserved for the boys after training
