El pasado miércoles, fuí al puerto del ferry ubicado en Punta de Piedras en la Isla de Margarita a despedir a mi hijo César, resulta que por segunda vez quedó clasificado para participar en los Nacionales de ajedrez, en ésta oportunidad no lo pude acompañar debido a que estoy con mi madre que vino del Táchira y la estoy atendiendo en sus chequeos médicos. Me sentí un poco triste por no poder viajar con él, pero a su vez, la alegría era mayor ya que él estaba muy emocionado en ir.
Los nacionales se desarrollaron desde el 9 de octubre hasta el 12 de Octubre, en la ciudad de Puerto la Cruz, César estaba en la categoría sub 12. Compitiendo contra los mejores de los otros estados de Venezuela, en total masculino sub 12 fueron 55 niños, jugaron 7 rondas estilo clásico, es decir, partidas largas que se extendían cada una en promedio hasta 2 o 3 horas en juego cada una. Desde Margarita les cuento que estaba con los nervios de punta entre cada ronda, no estar allá era peor, me sentía como en la sala de espera de parto jejejeje. Sin embargo a César le fué muy bien, logró ganar 4 de 7 rondas.
Estaba muy contento. Su alegría siempre será la de toda la familia. Ya gracias a Dios, esta de regreso en casita, una experiencia de vida más sumada, compartir cada momento, apoyarlos y verlos disfrutar , es la mayor alegría que podemos tener nosotros los padres.♥️ les comparto algunas fotos . Last Wednesday, I went to the ferry port located in Punta de Piedras in Margarita Island to say goodbye to my son Cesar, it turns out that for the second time he qualified to participate in the National Chess Championships, this time I could not accompany him because I am with my mother who came from Táchira and I am attending her in her medical checkups. I felt a little sad for not being able to travel with him, but at the same time, the joy was greater because he was very excited to go.
The nationals took place from October 9th to October 12th, in the city of Puerto la Cruz, Cesar was in the U12 category. Competing against the best of the other states of Venezuela, in total male U12 were 55 children, they played 7 rounds classic style, that is to say, long games that extended each one in average up to 2 or 3 hours in play each one. From Margarita I tell you that I was on edge between each round, not being there was worse, I felt like in the waiting room for childbirth hehehehehehe. However, Cesar did very well, he managed to win 4 out of 7 rounds.
He was very happy. His joy will always be the joy of the whole family. Thanks to God, he is back home, one more life experience added, sharing every moment, supporting them, and seeing them enjoy, is the greatest joy that we parents can have. ♥️ I share with you some pictures.
