22-25 червня в Києві відбувся ХІ Міжнародний фестиваль «Книжковий Арсенал».

Його цьогорічна назва повністю передає зміст: «ВСЕ МАЄ ЗНАЧЕННЯ».

В країні війна, а ми маємо змогу ходити на Книжковий Арсенал, бачити там військових, які роздивляються та обирають книжки. І не знати, що буде далі, що після нього, 27 червня буде Краматорськ…
І під час російського обстрілу отримає не сумісні з життям поранення Вікторія Амеліна, письменниця та громадська діячка, член правозахисної організації Truth Hounds, в межах діяльності якої вона документувала російські воєнні злочини.
Зокрема, у справі закатованого росіянами письменника Володимира Вакуленка. У вересні 2022 р. під Ізюмом Вікторія разом із батьком убитого письменника знайшла його особистий щоденник.
«Книжковий Арсенал»-2023 став для Вікторії Амеліної останнім заходом.
Дуже символічно, що Вікторія пішла з життя 01 липня. В цей день у 1972 році народився Володимир Вакуленко.
