Hello!!! Today, I briefly familiarized myself with Balaji Srinivasan concept, which involves the creation of a kind of socio-political entity, a state that will include like-minded people. Translated into Ukrainian, such an entity can be called a state on the web. Interestingly, the author envisages the existence of such a community not only in the digital world, but also in the physical world. The basis for this, of course, is the blockchain, and the entrance will be made through a WEB3 account. Thanks to WEB3, it will be possible to have citizenship of not only one digital state.
The author suggests uniting in communities, buying land plots, preferably outside cities, so as not to cross the path of corporations. Owning land will allow like-minded people to do business, live and work. As a result, a kind of social network is formed with real-life people living there, guided by a collective consciousness. Of course, cryptocurrencies are also needed to perform the functions of money. Such a network should operate on the blockchain, where people can exchange real estate, sell physical and digital goods, etc.
You must admit that this is a very interesting technological concept that fully corresponds to the spirit of our time. And you know, if I had to choose a blockchain to form such a state on the network, I would choose Hive. Free transactions, ready-made second-tier solutions, excellent scalability... Hive is a ready-made infrastructure for building a state, and in addition, there are certain communities whose members seem to be quite willing to create such a socio-political entity.
In fact, I don't quite understand how a state on the network can achieve political and diplomatic recognition. How will the current states, whose citizens are people interested in creating networked alliances, react to this? For some reason, it seems to me that modern states are not ready for such a development and will not be ready in the near future, and officials will try to slow down this process. In addition, critics of network unions are indeed right when they claim that network states are inaccessible to people with low incomes. There are a number of other, rather serious problems with forming alliances in the network. Nevertheless, the concept is interesting, and we should not rule out that in a certain period of time some of us will already be in a network state. We will become a member of a digital union where everyone has a high level of self-awareness and is interested not in the corruption component but in continuous development, improving living standards and making a profit.

Мережева держава чи держава в мережі на блокчейні Hive
Привіт! Сьогодні коротенько ознайомився з концепцією Баланджі Срінівасана, що передбачає створення такого собі соціально-політичного утворення, держави, до складу якої будуть входити однодумці. Подібне утворення в перекладі на українську мову можна назвати держава в мережі. Цікаво те, що існування подібної спільноти за ідеєю автора передбачено не тільки в цифровому, а й у фізичному світі. При цьому основою, звичайно, є блокчейн, а вхід здійснюватиметься через обліковий запис WEB3. Завдяки WEB3 можна буде мати громадянство не тільки однієї цифрової держави.
Автор пропонує об'єднуватися в спільноти, купувати земельні ділянки бажано за межами міст, щоб не переходити дорогу корпораціям. Володіння землею дозволить однодумцям займатися підприємницькою діяльністю, проживати та працювати. В результаті формується така собі соціальна мережа з реальним проживанням людей, якими керує колективна самосвідомість. Не обійшлося, звичайно, й без криптовалюти, необхідної для виконання функцій грошей. Подібна мережа повинна функціонувати на блокчейні, де люди зможуть обмінюватися нерухомістю, продавати фізичні та цифрові товари тощо.
Погодьтеся, дуже цікава технологічна концепція, що повною мірою відповідає духу нашого часу. І знаєте, якби мені довелося обирати блокчейн для формування такої держави в мережі, то я б зупинився на Hive. Безплатні транзакції, готові рішення другого рівня, чудова масштабованість... Hive — це вже готова інфраструктура для побудови держави й на додаток, є певні спільноти, учасники яких, здається, були б зовсім не проти створити подібне соціально-політичне утворення.
Насправді я не зовсім розумію, як держава в мережі може досягти політичного та дипломатичного визнання. Як взагалі на це будуть реагувати нинішні держави, громадянами яких є люди, зацікавлені в створенні мережевих союзів. Чомусь мені здається, що до подібного розвитку подій сучасні держави не готові й не будуть готові найближчим часом, а чиновники намагатимуться гальмувати цей процес. Крім того, критики мережевих союзів дійсно мають рацію, коли заявляють про недоступність мережевих держав для людей з низькими доходами. Є цілий ряд інших, досить серйозних проблем при формуванні союзів в мережі. Та все ж концепція цікава й не варто виключати, що через певний проміжок часу дехто з нас вже опиниться в мережевій державі. Стане учасником цифрового союзу, де кожен має високий рівень самосвідомості й зацікавлений не в корупційній складовій, а постійному розвитку, покращенню рівня життя й отриманню прибутку.
