Привіт! Іноді хочеться переглянути в мережі старі публікації, інтерв'ю чи прогнози по Біткоїну. Частину інформації вже не знайти навіть в архівах, та все ж деякі публікації є й читати їх надзвичайно цікаво в середині 2023 року.
Почнемо з хейтерів Біткоїна. 12 квітня 2013 року вийшла публікація на CNN Джеймса Дж. Энджела, професора одного з університетів. Називається вона ”Не дайте себе вкусити Біткоїнами. Він говорив про те, що невідомо, хто стоїть за Біткоїном й ця технологія лише спроба створити віртуальну валюту. Вона ж, за словами професора, ідеально підходить для злочинців. В цілому, він називає Біткоїн псевдогрошовою системою, комп'ютерним алгоритмом, технологією, яку можна зламати.
Подібних публікацій у 2013 та 2014 роках було чимало. Подібних поглядів дотримувались і в американському державному Бюро фінансового захисту споживачів. Наголос робився на тому, що ні Центральні банки, ні влада не підтримують цифрові валюти. Крім рекомендацій для населення щодо ризиків пов'язаних з Біткоїном та цифровими валютами, CFPB розмістила інформацію про приймання скарг від населення на продукти й послуги віртуальних валют. Публікація датується 11 серпня 2014 року.
Більш об'єктивний погляд на Біткоїн розглянуто в публікації за листопад 2013 року. Тут частково розглядається питання щодо співставляння економіки з характером грошей. Ймовірно, що 3-4 століття тому, коли почали формуватися центральні банки країн, люди з недовірою сприймали нововведення. Три десятиліття тому також було чимало противників поширення інтернету, але завдяки мережі відбулися колосальні зміни в економіці. Зараз же, характер грошей повинен відповідати особливостям сучасної економіки й Біткоїн непогано справляється з цією функцією.
Ці та багато інших публікацій були написані близько 10 років тому. Вартість Біткоїна тоді добряче зросла до тисячі доларів, а потім на кілька років опустилася. Всі ці роки Біткоїн намагаються похоронити. Наприклад, у 2023 році Пітер Шиф писав про те, що головній криптовалюті залишилось існувати вже зовсім небагато. Та порівнюючи 2013 та 2023 роки, можна побачити не лише спекулятивні зростання ціни, а неймовірний обсяг роботи інженерів, криптографів та інших спеці ластів в області блокчейну. Чого тільки варта мережа lightning network, яка не потребує ніякої інтеграції в банківську систему й дозволяє обробляти дуже багато транзакцій в секунду. Ця технологія й інші продовжують свій розвиток, вони стають краще й простіше для звичайних користувачів. Разом з тим у світі відбувається формування своєрідної культури навколо Біткоїна. Армія прихильників королівської криптовалюти збільшується. Людям подобається той факт, що вони можуть самостійно зберігати свої гроші й не залежати або ж бути частково залежними від банківських організацій.
В засобах масової інформації не варто шукати корисну інформацію про Біткоїн чи інші блокчейни, які несуть суспільству реальну користь. До речі, одним з таких блокчейнів є Hive, на платформі якого я веду свій блог. Також важко знайти корисну інформацію через пошукові системи, а особливо в україномовному чи російськомовному сегменті. Натомість пропоную додавати в закладки деякі сайти, наприклад, bitcoin.org. Також я б порекомендував зупинитися на сайті www.lopp.net й https://thebitcoinmanual.com. На цих ресурсах можна знайти чимало корисних посилань на сайти по заробітку Біткоїна, децентралізовані гаманці, різні інструменти та сервіси.

Hello! Sometimes you want to look at old publications, interviews or Bitcoin forecasts on the Internet. Some of the information can no longer be found even in the archives, but still some publications are there and it is extremely interesting to read them in the middle of 2023.
Let's start with the Bitcoin haters. On April 12, 2013, a publication was published on CNN by James J. Angel, a professor at one of the universities. It is called "Don't get bitten by Bitcoins He talked about the fact that it is not known who is behind Bitcoin and this technology is only an attempt to create a virtual currency. According to the professor, it is ideal for criminals. In general, he calls Bitcoin a pseudo-money system, a computer algorithm, a technology that can be hacked.
There were many similar publications in 2013 and 2014. Similar views were held in the American state Bureau of consumer financial protection. Emphasis was placed on the fact that neither Central Banks nor the authorities support digital currencies. In addition to advising the public about the risks associated with Bitcoin and digital currencies, the CFPB has posted information about receiving complaints from the public about virtual currency products and services. The publication is dated August 11, 2014.
A more objective view of Bitcoin is discussed in the post at November 2013. Here, the issue of comparison of the economy with the nature of money is partially considered. It is likely that 3-4 centuries ago, when the central banks of the countries began to be formed, people perceived innovations with distrust. Three decades ago, there were also many opponents of the spread of the Internet, but thanks to the network, colossal changes in the economy took place. Now, the nature of money must correspond to the features of the modern economy, and Bitcoin copes well with this function.
These and many other posts were written about 10 years ago. The value of Bitcoin then rose well to a thousand dollars, and then fell for several years. All these years they are trying to bury Bitcoin. For example, in 2023, Peter Schiff wrote that the main cryptocurrency had very little left to exist. But comparing the years 2013 and 2023, one can see not only speculative price growth, but an incredible amount of work by engineers, cryptographers and other specialists in the field of blockchain. What is the value of the lightning network, which does not require any integration into the banking system and allows processing a large number of transactions per second. This technology and others continue to develop, they become better and easier for ordinary users. At the same time, a peculiar culture around Bitcoin is forming in the world. The army of supporters of the royal cryptocurrency is growing. People like the fact that they can keep their money independently and not depend or be partially dependent on banking organizations.
You should not look for useful information about Bitcoin or other blockchains that bring real benefit to society in the mass media. By the way, one of these blockchains is Hive, on whose platform I run my blog. It is also difficult to find useful information through search engines, especially in the Ukrainian- or Russian-speaking segment. Instead, I suggest bookmarking some sites, for example, bitcoin.org. I would also recommend checking out www.lopp.net and https://thebitcoinmanual.com. On these resources you can find many useful links to Bitcoin earning sites, decentralized wallets, various tools and services.
