A City of 80K Population in The Center of Ukraine Attacked — Proof There's No Safe Place in Ukraine

In the past few months, there have been fewer Russian massive missile attacks on Ukraine, and the interval between them is getting longer. However, they’re happening all over the territory of Ukraine and there’s no safe place in the country.

Another massive missile attack happened in the early morning on April 28. As reported, the majority of missiles were shot down. Those that reached their targets, resulted in dead civilians and significant destruction of public facilities.

On April 28 Russia attacked small and, seemingly, safe cities that served as a shelter for many displaced Ukrainians. Unfortunately, the tragedies of this day show that there is NO safe place in Ukraine.
