Привіт! Продовжуємо огляд серії “Фауна в пам'ятках культури України” й сьогодні зупинка на монеті під назвою “Павич”.
Гарна монета випущена тиражем 40 тисячі штук. Її вага 16.81 г, але в чистому вигляді вага срібла складає 15.55 г. Для виготовлення використано срібло 925 проби. Розмір виробу 33 мм.
Павич, безсумнівно, гарний птах. Він належить до родини Фазанових. Характерною особливістю самців є гарний та довгий хвіст, який птахи розпускають як віяла. Так як і деяких інших тварин павичів часто зображали на різних видах поверхонь. В першу чергу зображення представника Фазанових можна зустріти в давньоруських книжках різних авторів. Для розміщення в дописі “Павич, срібло, номінал 5 гривень. Серія монет “Фауна в пам'ятках культури України” використано дві світлини з офіційного сайту національного фінансового регулятора України.
Реверс. У правій частині зображено частину апракосного тексту на 231 аркуш 12 століття. Тут же нанесено зображення павича й у вертикальному напрямку вказано назву монети. Зліва також викарбуваний павич.
Лицьова сторона. Основну частину срібної монети займає зображення мініатюри С. Ізборника періоду 11 століття. На її тлі нанесено зображення представника роду Фазанових в позолоті. Національні символи, номінал та рік виготовлення розташовані у верхній частині. Гурт гладкий.

A beautiful coin issued in a circulation of 40,000 pieces. Its weight is 16.81 g, but in its pure form, the weight of silver is 15.55 g. 925 silver was used for its manufacture. The size of the product is 33 mm.
The peacock is undoubtedly a beautiful bird. He belongs to the Fazanov family. A characteristic feature of males is a beautiful and long tail, which the birds spread like a fan. As with some other animals, peacocks were often depicted on different types of surfaces.
