Вітаю, шановні читачі. Сьогодні вирішив зупинитися на монети номіналом 10 ере (Данія) епохи правління 53-го короля Данії Фредеріка 9. Ця мідно-нікелева монета з гладким гуртом вже виведена з обігу в Данії. Вона використовувалась для оплати та в якості розмінної одиниці датської крони. Розмір складає 18 мм, а вага — 3 г.
Вважається, що назва монети ере, яка, до речі, використовувалась в Норвегії, Ісландії та деяких інших країнах, походить від “аерус”. В свою чергу “аерус” має спільне коріння з aurum, що латиницею означає золото. Так ось аерус використовували ще до нашої ере, а на початку виключно для нагородження військових за перемоги. Ця давньоримська монета з золота була в обігу близько пів тисячі років.
Крона перебуває в обігу з 1873 року. Як відмічав, крім Данії цю грошову одиницю використовують і в інших країнах, наприклад, на Фарерських островах. Й хоча банкноти Данії та Фарер відрізняються, країни використовували однакові монети.
Реверс. В центральній частині викарбувано номінал — 10 ере, прикрашені з обох боків монети вінком. У верхній частині нанесено напис Данія.
З іншого боку у верхній частині зображено корону по обидва боки якої вказано по дві цифри року карбування виробу — 19 та 62. Нижче розташована монограма, тобто, перші літери імені королівської особи — короля Фредеріка 9.

Greetings, dear readers. Today I decided to focus on the 10 ere (Denmark) coins of the reign of the 53rd Danish king Frederik 9. This copper-nickel coin with a smooth band has already been taken out of circulation in Denmark. It was used for payment and as a unit of exchange for the Danish krone. The size is 18 mm, and the weight is 3 g.
It is believed that the name of the ere coin, which, by the way, was used in Norway, Iceland and some other countries, comes from "aerus". In turn, "aerus" has common roots with aurum, which means gold in Latin. So, the aerus was used even before our era, and at the beginning exclusively to reward the military for victories. This ancient Roman gold coin was in circulation for about half a thousand years.
The krona has been in circulation since 1873. As he noted, in addition to Denmark, this currency is also used in other countries, for example, in the Faroe Islands. And although the banknotes of Denmark and the Faroes are different, the countries used the same coins.
Reverse. The denomination of 10 ere is engraved in the central part, the coin is decorated with a wreath on both sides. In the upper part, the inscription Denmark is applied.
On the other hand, in the upper part, a crown is depicted on both sides of which two numbers of the minting year of the product are indicated - 19 and 62. Below is a monogram, that is, the first letters of the name of the royal person - King Frederick 9.
