SNAILZ is back with another emphatic release. He just let go a three-song EP on his own record label called SLUGZ MUSIC

SLIME TIME

The bass levels are all the way turnt up for the latest EP from SNAILZ. All it takes is three heavy hitters for this mega-producer to showcase his supreme talent and unique vomitstep style.

What is vomitstep?
An EDM sub-genre that features nasty drops, guttural bass, trap rhythms and grotesque sound design. Despite the absurdity of these elements individually, they mesh cohesively to create a distinct sound that’s designed for destroying dubstep enthusiasts on the dance floor. ^Source

It’s entirely possible that one could be convinced that an actual extra-dimensional snail is the one behind this tracks that ooze with steez.

Let’s dive deeper into each song.

1. FROGKIND

Picture your favorite urban city. Now think of what it would be like after it was destroyed by a giant alien frog. That is the result of FROGKIND and its dangerous frog bass. What a way to start out the EP. It's quite clear that SNAILS was dead set on making sure the bass levels were maximized throughout the entirety of this EP.

BRAINFARTS

They say too much bass in your face will make you crazy. The result, BRAINFARTS. Visualize a snail getting their hands on a futuristic laser machine gun, that same gun is going off with unlimited ammo inside of your brain. Don't be surprised if an actual snail crawls out from behind your eyeball looking for some antacid after finishing this song.

2. GASTROPODS

Are you ready for the finale? The family of gastropods consists of mollusks such as snails and slugs. Just in case the speakers weren't already blown, SNAILS makes sure to do so with GASTROPODS. Remember the alien frog and snail mentioned in the previous two songs? Well they got together and made a mega monster that totally kills. If you aren't saying "Oh my god" during this sound, then surely you are deaf. Do not blame it on SNAILS, you clicked play after all.

3. SNAILS

Frédérik Durand aka SNAILS created something that will not slide under the radar with "SLIME TIME". The sounds are unforgettable and may have even been rendered from within a colony of world dominating snails.

The design aesthetic for the release is one of the most creative of all time. It's a combination of odd, twisted, and colorful manipulations. Whoever is responsible for the marketing of this EP deserves ultimate respect.
