A local Hive Community member who has joined crypto to take herself out the grid completely has somehow ended up with everyone knowing her business.
Rita 68, from Sommerset in the UK had this funny feeling that big brother was watching started transferring more and more of her savings into crypto so that the blood sucking banks would not have control of her finances. After paying the exorbitant fees transferring her FIAT into crypto Rita was delighted she was finally off the grid. She found a community called Hive full of interesting people who liked writing blogs so she decided to convert most of her funds into liquid Hive.
"The Community were so welcoming and I started writing about my cat. " said Rita.

Rita decided to squirrel away some of her rewards into HBD savings and claim the 20% which she found a better return than she has ever got in a bank. The only things she had to pay for was her groceries and she found a shop that takes Bitcoin. Every other one of her hobbies was on the blockchain and she was earning from her writing. A little at first but more and more as her Hive Power increased. She didn't really know the ins and outs of Hive but she trusted the network and was happy having found some communities that matched her values. As the months rolled by she delegated more and more to her favourite communities.
