I must be honest in telling you that I was not much of a lover of reading in my childhood truth be told, I was not.
I can say that the book I am going to mention for this writing I read when I was about 14 or 15 years old and I read it out of obligation.
The book I am going to tell you about is called The Black Cat, a story that marks my life because of the content it presents.
It is a short story by the American writer Edgar Allan Poe. It was first published on August 19, 1843.
You can imagine 14 or 15 year olds in the 90's and they put it to read about a murder.
The narrator of "The Black Cat" has questionable sanity. Near the beginning of the story, the narrator says that he would be "really crazy" if he expected a reader to believe the story, implying that he has already been accused of insanity.
Basically the book is about How a person's behavior changes after his first murder, it is a man who lived with his wife, for different reasons and annoyances kills his cat.
Out of remorse he looks for another cat, but then kills his wife. The problem is not that he does murders. The problem is that as he does it, he likes to do them, he plans how and carries out the different murders until he is immersed in the reflection of what he was doing and that causes him terror.
For lovers of horror or suspense I think you may enjoy this story.

Es una historia corta del escritor estadounidense Edgar Allan Poe. Se publicó por primera vez el 19 de agosto de 1843.
Podran imaginarse ustedes unos jovenes de 14 o 15 años para la década de los 90 y que lo pongan a leer sobre una asesinato.
El narrador de “El Gato Negro” tiene cordura cuestionable. Casi al comienzo de la historia, el narrador dice que estaría “loco de veras” si esperara que un lector crea en la historia, lo que implica que ya ha sido acusado de locura.
Básicamente el libro se refiere a Cómo cambia la conducta de una persona luego de su primer asesinato, es un hombre que vivía con su esposa, por diferentes razones y molestias mata a su gato.
Por remordimiento busca otro gato, pero luego mata a su esposa. El problema no es que haga asesinatos El problema es que a medida que lo hace le va gustando como hacerlos, va planificando como y realizando los diferentes asesinatos hasta que se ve inmerso en el reflejo de lo que hacía y eso le causa terror.
Para los amantes del terror o suspenso creo que esta narración les puede agradar.
