We expect the best from our dealings in life. But the best to come there is every need to plan what you will want the end result to look like or rather what it should be.
James was given an opportunity to work with an NGO as a marketer in the organization. This was the single opportunity he has strived for since he wants to make life out of that work he has decided to pit in all his efforts just to see that he achieve what he wants through that means.
James put in all effort not regarding the profit coming to the organization and to his pocket as a result of his hard work but he was just making his work count putting all focus on what the future will give at the end of his struggles.
It came to a time when the organization recognized how dedicated James was. so, considering nature of the job the organization decided to move him to a rural areas so as to establish platform there. That was a bit difficult as the place is a bit not too comfortable for an average person. When we talk about comfortability we are talking of social amenities such as electricity, Good water, Road, and even health facility, all of this are no where to be found in such area but not considering all this James made his way straight to that area.
Things where a bit difficult at first but with time he began to understand the new place, but then James discovered one thing which was the fact that the people in that area farm a lot as a result of sufficient farm land so he thought to him self on what next to do.
James then came up with a decision of cultivating a land also since he is privilege to have a piece to him self. James started his cultivation. He planted rice considering the part of land given to him the was a water logged area and that's the best place to cultivate rice doing that he did not forget his focus of making life better through his job. The job really gave him experience as conversing with people is not a difficult task to him so he kept on the good work while he goes to farm. James was surprised at the outcome of his farming when he his first harvest. It was bags of rice and it was about 57 of the bags. And that was indeed a stepping stone for James all he was trying to do is make life sweet. When he sold his bags of rice it was a huge amount that could result him setting up an NGO. Then he started his own NGO and before we could say jack James became a boss of his own and everything was under his control after he resigned from his former job.
He still did not stop his farming business as this time he no longer harvest 50 bags but 200 and above bags are what he harvest annually.
He did not only make a lemonade out of the lemon given to him he also proceeded into putting ice to make the lemonade suitable for consumption.

James fez todo o esforço, não considerando o lucro que iria para a organização e seu bolso como resultado de seu trabalho árduo, mas ele estava apenas fazendo seu trabalho valer a pena colocando todo o foco no que o futuro trará no final de suas lutas.
Chegou um momento em que a organização reconheceu o quão dedicado James era. assim, dada a natureza do trabalho, a organização decidiu transferi-lo para uma zona rural de forma a aà estabelecer plataforma. Isso foi um pouco difÃcil porque o lugar não é muito confortável para uma pessoa comum. Quando falamos em conforto, estamos falando de amenidades sociais como eletricidade, água potável, estrada e até mesmo instalações de saúde, tudo isso não é encontrado em tal área, mas sem considerar tudo isso James foi direto para aquela área .
As coisas foram um pouco difÃceis no inÃcio, mas com o tempo ele começou a entender o novo lugar, mas então James descobriu uma coisa que era o fato de que as pessoas naquela área cultivavam muito por causa de terras agrÃcolas suficientes, então ele pensou consigo mesmo sobre o que fazer a seguir.
James então tomou a decisão de cultivar uma terra também, já que ele tem o privilégio de ter uma parte para si mesmo. James começou seu cultivo. Ele plantou arroz considerando que a parte do terreno que lhe foi cedido era uma área de alagamento e esse é o melhor lugar para cultivar arroz, fazendo com que ele não se esquecesse de seu foco de tornar a vida melhor através do trabalho. O trabalho realmente deu a ele experiência, pois conversar com as pessoas não é uma tarefa difÃcil para ele, então ele continuou o bom trabalho enquanto vai para a fazenda. James ficou surpreso com o resultado de sua agricultura quando fez sua primeira colheita. Eram sacos de arroz e cerca de 57 sacos. E isso foi realmente um trampolim para James, tudo o que ele estava tentando fazer era tornar a vida doce. Quando ele vendeu seus sacos de arroz, foi uma quantia enorme que poderia resultar na criação de uma ONG. Então ele começou sua própria ONG e, antes que pudéssemos dizer, jack James se tornou seu próprio chefe e tudo estava sob seu controle depois que ele se demitiu de seu antigo emprego.
Ele ainda não parou seu negócio agrÃcola, pois desta vez ele não colhe mais 50 sacas, mas 200 e mais sacas são o que ele colhe anualmente.
Ele não apenas fez uma limonada com o limão que lhe foi dado, como também colocou gelo para torná-la adequada para consumo.
