Soak in the Tangkahan River, Langkat North Sumatra.

hello good night friends all HIVE friends in this community. I live in Indonesia, a country in Asia that only has 2 seasons. namely the rainy season and the dry season, and currently perhaps due to the influence of changes in the world's seasons, I don't know what is clear. Currently, the summer is very dry, there is not the slightest wind in my city, like a fish out of water, that's how I and many people in my city are and Turning on the air conditioner turned out not to be the right solution for that, my wife and I and several of our families chose to leave suddenly to evacuate to look for a comfortable place to soak, and our solution was to go to the river which has become a favorite tourist destination in Langkat Regency, namely tourism. Tangkahan.

Tangkahan Tourism is very busy with visitors, even many foreign tourists also visit here because the place is very beautiful and there are still many unexplored places, so many foreign tourists settle here, many have even mingled with the local community and found their soul mate here. As you can see, the bathhouse which is open to the public is very busy. and I'm sure this is not only because of the weekend but also because of the extraordinary heat factor.

On this river you can rent tires for small rafting and this is very safe even for children or adults who are not good at swimming. and to rent these tires we only need to spend Rp. 15,000 or just 1 U$ dollar to use one day. You can be satisfied wearing it around the river in Tangkahan. and for rafting, you actually need a guide and the river flow is different from the general river. You can see for yourself that the water in this river is very shallow and has small pebbles in it which are not slippery so it is quite safe.

and in this river with clear and very cold water there is a small hot spring full of sulfur. Many visitors take this sulfur to make masks for their faces. and you can see for yourself that the rocks through which the sulfur water is flowing turn green, indicating that indeed some of these rocks contain quite high levels of sulfur. and the sulfur water flows into the Tangkahan River.

and to enter here visitors need to issue a ticket of Rp. 35,000 per vehicle or the equivalent of 2 U$ dollars. and I forgot to mention that if you stay in Tangkahan, you will visit many destinations here with the help of a guide. surround the beautiful forest park and you can also go around using elephants and bathe them. Of course, you can only see this attraction in the morning and afternoon, so for a one-day trip without staying overnight, I'm sure this is not optimal.

Have you ever heard of the Tangkahan tourist attraction in Langkat before? If not, you can post it and I'm sure the photos I share are nothing compared to the photos on social media. because when I took a lot of these pictures I couldn't wait to throw myself into this cold river.

Greetings Tomi Diwirja, Indonesia
