When I went to Bavaria, Germany to visit my relatives by end of June of this year, I came to know three young ladies who are co-workers of my niece at a hospital there. As I have told in my previous post, they are all Registered Nurses from the Philippines who came to work for the hospital, its HR Department of which had been managed by my Stepdaughter.

As for Belvedere Palace, I already posted a story here on Hive at the Architecture+Design
Community, if interested... you can read that story here.

Before entering the Main Gate of the Palace, there has been a feature of the Rainbow Arts by about 1600 children, initiated by the artist Ugo Rondinone. The enormous feedback of schoolchildren to paint their own rainbow art became a huge success. This is about 70 meters long back to back art display.

I love to reminisce the days when I used to work in the above office with very nice views of the Palace

A building that houses personnel as well as offices of the Republic of Germany . They also have a fantastic view of the Palace

There are always events being held here and while we were visiting, they were constructing a tent for such purpose.

The Palace has four round cupola, two in front and two at the back fronting the palace gardens

The back of the Palace leading the way to the gardens. The palace is actually the venue of events initiated by the Empress Maria Theresien during her regency.

The Palace´s Museum (Upper Belvedere) is also the home of Gustav Klimt´s famous painting (above) "The Kiss."

This is the famous of all the many Sphinxes in the Gardens of the Palace.

The view towards the city center with the tower of the St. Stephens Cathedral behind on the left side.
