Indonesia, with its vast territory and diverse cultures and languages, is also rich in natural charm. In Indonesia, precisely in Tarutung City, North Tapanuli. North Sumatra province has a unique bath. Even more unique is that there are only two baths in the world. And another one is in Venuezela Country if I'm not mistaken. And from this source, I, as an Indonesian citizen, am very proud. Especially I am the same province with this soda water. It's a very rare sight. If the sulfur baths and hot springs have been very often we have encountered this bath, it is really very different.

The difference between this soda water bath is very clearly visible, not only the location of the bath. However, the conditions are very natural without any more modern management from the manager of this place. This sparkling water bath is actually just a small pool that in the early 70s was in the middle of the forest without anyone knowing. However, there was one community who was walking in the forest accidentally found this soda spring. From there, the community began to clean up to start promoting this soda water bath into a worthy tourist attraction for visitors from various cities not only Tarutung residents who could enjoy it.

Actually what makes this bath called sparkling water? Does it really taste like soda? Like the soda drinks that I often drink. That question kept popping up in my mind before I visited this sparkling water bath. And after I saw and felt this sparkling water directly, it was true that the water in this bath if we drank just a little tasted like the fizzy drinks we often drink. The taste of this soda is even more intense when there are small bubbles on the edges of this soda water pool. It is from these tiny bubbles that the taste of the soda emerges. If you think the water bubbles that appear are hot springs, you are very wrong. These baths are ordinary baths and not hot springs. So the bubbles that appear are the source of the Soda spring.
