I Googled corn mazes in the area and came across Country Dreams Farm. It was only about a 30 minute drive and had numerous other activities I thought my daughter would enjoy. There was a pumpkin patch and large playground area for kids. The petting zoo area was free and probably one of the best I've ever seen. We were allowed to go in the field with fluffy cows, shag-furred sheep, a mule, horses, and many goats. This farm is also known for their Belgian draft horses who pull sleighs in the winter.
The corn maze was pretty intense and, at first, I didn't think we were going to make our way out. I was attempting to get photos and videos when we first started, but realized it distracted me from actually trying to find my way out. For a while, we kept going in circles and became despondent. I put my phone away and gave my attention to finding our way out of the maze. I was amazed by how my intuition easily guided us out of the maze once I gave it my full attention; there was no logical thought in our decisions. We took all of the correct turns and paths purely from intuition and seamlessly found our way out of the maze. Sometimes I forget the power of my intuition, but yesterday was a good reminder.
Game clues throughout the corn maze.
Hmmm
We found our way out of the maze!
