Let me take you on a journey to Tops in Busay, Cebu, where we recently had a memorable trip. We decided to visit at night to enjoy the beautiful lights, but when we arrived, it was raining and it was full of fog.
Even though it was raining , many people were still visiting, including tourists from other countries.
Tops is situated in the high mountains of Cebu, specifically in Busay, Cebu.
If you're planning to visit, you have transportation options.
Tops is famous for its **360° panoramic view of Cebu , especially at night when the city lights are glowing.
The design of the two-story building is stunning. Although it was foggy and rainy when we visit, we could still feel the beauty of the place.
Entrance Fee: P100 ($2) per person.
Parking: P50 for cars and P30 for motorcycles.
Iconic Signs
There’s a famous “Tops” sign with lights where many visitors take pictures. It’s a popular photo spot, so expect a line
The comfort rooms are clean and minimalist, with a beautiful mirror design.
There are flower shops and food stalls nearby. If you’re hungry, you could buy a different type of foods in here while admiring the beauty of this place.
When the rain stopped, we explored the place further. The fog made the place looks magical , although it covered some of the lights.
