I am glad that I can participate on this community.
Now that I'm back in Japan, I'm facing winter again. It's been a long time since I met snow, but now I can see snow again. Even though it was snowing, it wasn't easy, because the entire area of the apartment turned white, covered in snow that was getting thicker.
This happened in the early weeks of March. My friend and I had to work together to clean the snow around the apartment. It may seem that snow is beautiful, but it can be dangerous if you are not careful when walking and driving. For this reason, when my room-mate and I are on holiday, we clean the snow around the apartment.
This is the view from my balcony, all white with snow.
- Agricultural Field
Before being covered by snow, most of Ina's village was agricultural land. Including the land around my apartment, which is land for growing rice and onions. Now, in this winter all the fields are covered with snow without gaps, so the farmers have to rest.
For tropical people, being in a country that has four seasons, one of which is winter, is an amazing thing. I can witness natural phenomena that I cannot witness in my hometown. As you know, in tropical countries there is only a rainy season and a dry season. No snow. So I feel lucky to be able to witness the change of seasons. Moreover, after winter there will be flowers that make nature even more colorful.
These are two faces of Ina Village in two different seasons. I'm just going through fall and winter. Because Ina Village doesn't have many trees, because as I said before, most of the land in Ina Village is agricultural land, I didn't see the beautiful leaves falling. So this is what it looks like around my apartment before winter and during winter

Without Snow, this village looks very beautiful and neat. I love this view where there are beautiful hills and mountains everywhere. Because it is in a mountainous area, during winter, this place becomes very cold. But we should be grateful because whatever season this village is, it is very beautiful.
