Was looking at Flightradar24 as usual but this unusual icon caught my attention so I tried looking it up.

The flight pattern is also weird. The aircraft is flying in circles somewhere over Turkey.
When I refreshed the browser I saw another aircraft hovering on another area and an incoming helicopter.
I was not able to capture photos since the I only got 30 minutes for browsing.
Is this a search and rescue operation?
