Today, I have a trip to Son Tra peninsula in Da Nang city, a place with beautiful nature and many wild creatures. The peninsula is also home to many beautiful and interesting places. And today, I visited a famous place in Son Tra as well as famous in Da Nang. This place is called Linh Ung Pagoda, a sacred place and beautiful scenery.
Firstly, you will park your car at the parking lot and start going up the stairs to get to the pagoda. Seen from a distance, the pagoda is beautiful with rows of green trees and unique architecture. The most prominent highlight at Linh Ung Pagoda is the giant Avalokiteśvara Buddha statue placed right in the middle of the pagoda. The large white statue is a sacred symbol, protecting the people of Da Nang. Many people come here to visit, admire and look at this Buddha statue. The pagoda has many incense burners so people can burn incense and worship. Besides Vietnamese people, there are many foreign tourists who come here to visit the pagoda, especially Koreans. Everyone was very happy and seemed interested in the beauty and solemnity of the pagoda.
In addition to the giant statue of Avalokiteśvara, the pagoda has many other beautiful scenes such as high towers, animal gardens or beautiful flower gardens,... First we will go to the towers area, where This is a place of worship during holidays of the pagoda, everyone can burn incense here. Next is the animal garden with animals carved in stone, and there are also many Buddha statues placed around. The flower garden is everyone's ideal place to take photos. The flowers and decorative objects are beautifully arranged, everyone will have beautiful photos here. In addition to the above areas, the pagoda has many other beautiful areas and everyone should look at the photos I took.
