I want to tell you about my trip to Coche Island, located exactly south of Margarita Island. These two islands, together with Cubagua, make up the State of Nueva Esparta in Venezuela. I remember that to get there we first got on a plane to the Santiago Mariño Airport in Margarita Island. Then we took a 10 minute cab ride to the Paradise Surf Hotel, where the boat dock of the Paradise Coche Hotel is located. It took about 30 minutes to get to the hotel where I stayed with my husband and daughter. I can tell you that they have the best guest service, the food and drinks are varied and very tasty. I remember the piña colada (drink with white rum, coconut cream, ice, sugar and pineapple).
In this beautiful island is present tourism and fishing, given its conditions due to its warm climate, the waters of its beaches are crystal clear and the sand is very white, which is in itself a spectacle. The sunsets are worth contemplating, you can breathe tranquility. The sound of birds, the sea and activities such as snorkeling is unforgettable.

The fishing is fresh, shrimp, lobsters and mussels, oysters and other mollusks are enjoyed, creating lots of shells on the beach.
Recuerdo que al finalizar la tarde solía tomar una foto con aquel sol ocultándose.
I remember that at the end of the afternoon I used to take a picture with that sun going down.

I remember that we visited a salt cave, it was a guided tour, where the guide told us that there was a company that processed salt.

We also visited Playa el Amor, known for its cliffs with reddish tones, calm and transparent waters, they call it love because it is considered a place of rest for couples who visit it.
