Hi guys so today I’ll be sharing with you, the other part of my Manali journey where I Went to Sissu This is also known as the frozen waterfall in winters.
The whole waterfall will freeze and slowly Slowly with summer It will come back to life, the road to SISSU is just amazing This is become a important destination.
If you come to Manali, just after two hour drive from Manali crossing the beautiful ATAL tunnel, you will see a different world in winters The majestic mountains filled with snow will take your heart away.
The wind will be so cold that you will be shivering, but the roads are just amazing. You won’t get bored and driving along the road after just half an hour drive, you’ll reach a place which is the border of Manali, from their Lahaul will start
That place is known as Sissu is famous for its waterfall. The water stream flowing in between from the mountains pouring down from a big stone. It’s just majestic you can see this waterfall from road itself, but if you want to close the view, you can go near to the waterfall either by road or By walking It’s easy to reach there little bit of sleep with the end when you’re near to the waterfall beside that. It’s just a normal walk.
It will take around 30 minutes, but it will be worth it.
Sissu The town in Lahaul Just at the border of Manali is famous for its rural lifestyle, it’s away from the city life. It has the raw nature Vibes That will make you feel calm From inside is covered with snow glaciers, which make it more beautiful, there are many snow trucks where you can skii Down the hill. S is also famous for back country snowboarding Many adventure enthusiast come here every year, just to enjoy the snow boarding and live their life to the fullest, just after a drive, one hour drive From sissu There is a beautiful town named keylong Which is also a beautiful amazing place, all covered with big mountains and beautiful hotels to stay.
So My journey to Sissu Begin After we totally covered, Manali Viran a car in the morning and started our journey towards our destination. It was a busy road as We planned around weekend, so there was traffic due to which it took us around two hours to reach the final destination
We went there. We had our breakfast there. Then we started our walk towards the waterfall. We went slowly enjoying our journey. After reaching there, we took some photos. Took a nap After reaching the waterfall, it was so pleasant and peaceful, perfect sunlight. I enjoyed my sleep time there. Then we started heading back and we had planned to go forward to keylong Just to see the town and by the night, we had to come back to Manali, so we started our journey in the road was just amazing.
