Anyways, to join the fun today, i present you a young french red wine from the region "Côtes du Tarn".

Appellation : IGP Côtes du Tarn
Winemaker : Olivier JEAN
Grape variety : 70% Merlot, 20% Duras, 10% Braucol
Soil : Slopes and clay-limestone plateau
Harvest : manual, in open-worked boxes
Yield : 60 hl/ha
Bottling : on the estate, in 750 ml bottles
Certification : Organic wine certified by ECOCERT

The first nose reveals blackcurrant and blackberry aromas, mixed with some spicy notes of black pepper. It attacks acidic and frank and then becomes round and fruity with a tangy finish.

We had some dry meat, cheese and salads with it. A really nice table wine for around 7€ here in France. Definitely gonna have some more of this one...
