To craft a loving monument
Depicting treasures above.
I long to tell the stories of truth
Outliving aspirations,
To spin the fine threads of science
Into lyrical tapestries.
I mean to tell the ageless stories
That meander through the Midlands,
To throw my hat into the endless spring
And watch it disappear.
