Apologies for the lateness with the prompt this week, I hope that @martinlazizi is okay.. and he can catch up with us next week perhaps. This prompt will be active until the 25th of September and a new one will be available. 😀
Now onto this week's business...
This week's prompt is: Time
- The system of those sequential relations that any event has to any other, as past, present, or future; to measure or record the speed, duration, or rate of;
- The duration regarded as belonging to the present life as distinct from the life to come or from eternity;
Time. We are caught up in the passage of time without an escape. We are like mosquitos trapped in amber, or perhaps like mice on the wheel of life.. making the time tick by at a furious pace! 😂
Once in a while, it can seem like the passage of time can move rather quickly, especially when we are getting older. Time can also appear to move along rather slowly, like when you were young. Like it almost stands still while you were daydreaming and playing, you were oblivious to the passing seconds.. minutes.. and hours. 😄
We often wish we had more time, to spend with our families. Sometimes we just want a few days off from work, to lounge around and relax our troubles away for a few.
