Last week's prompt is Meditation. If you didn't get a chance to write a piece for this prompt, feel free to have a go and give us some awesome poetry.
Now onto this week's business...
Your prompt is:
Whether it's physical or mental, pain plays an important role in our daily lives. We may not like it, but sometimes pain can be helpful. Most times it may not feel like it though.
So pick your poison and let er rip! What was your worst bout with pain? If you are up to the task of sharing, then give it a go.
