It Calls For Patience.

Everything in life will scream for your attention
If you are not careful you can slip into detention
You need patience and your ability to retention
If not, you will get swept away by the thrill of your anger

Living in a country like Nigeria calls for patience
You see the potholes as you drive your car
You can't help but get angry too when expenses come knocking
Everything can become tiring all at once if you are not careful

Having the kind of leaders we have can get you riled up
You see yourself tilting towards the version of you that you want to be buried
You can't help but feel helpless even with your unexpressed anger
You just want to hope and think things would get better

Being a parent also calls for you to be patient
There is a place for misplaced anger which a lot of parents do
Borne out of frustration amidst the struggles to make ends meet
This is a tender aspect of parenthood that calls for patience

All about life screams for us to exercise more patience
There is a thin line where patience is concerned
A lot can be wasted, lost and destroyed at that moment where you lacked it
Take a deep breath, think twice and carefully too before you react

Cheers.
