En algunas ciudades, se pueden encontrar homenajes a ciertos personajes destacados en el área de la farándula, el periodismo o las artes, y aunque el más popular se encuentra en Hollywood, en Buenos Aires también existe el llamado Paseo de la fama, ubicado muy cerca de la zona de El Obelisco, justo en las inmediaciones de la avenida Corrientes, muy conocida por los teatros que en ella se pueden encontrar.
Aprovechando la mañana libre de mi trabajo, y el buen clima que está haciendo actualmente, me fui a recorrer las calles de esta zona de la capital, y además, hacer tiempo mientras esperaba para reunirme con una amiga a quien no veía desde hace 10 años.
Fue así que me encontré con las estrellas del Paseo de la Fama, en la que se destacan algunos personajes conocidos de la farándula Argentina. Debo confestar que no los reconocí a todos, salvo aquellos que de alguna manera permanecen activos dentro de los medios en los cuales se desarrollaron, mientras que otros realmente desconozco en qué se destacaron, pero de seguro brillaron de más, para estar dentro de este selecto grupo destacado.
A la primera que reconocí fue a Mirta Legrand, quien todavía sigue dando que hablar en los medios de comunicación argentinos con su acostumbrada comida en la que mientras almuerzan o cenan, debate sobre ciertos tópicos, con sus variopintos invitados.
También están Flavio Mendoza y Nacha Guevara, a quienes conocí en el programa Bailando por un sueño, en el cual eran jurados, y el actor Adrián Suar fue el último que reconocí en este grupo.
Todas estas estrellas, se encuentran en los alrededores del teatro Broadway, inaugurado en 1930, en el cual todavía se pueden disfrutar temporadas completas de funciones, como si fuera el primer día.
Estar por esta zona también me hizo recordar un poco los primeros dias de nosotros en este país, cuando no conocíamos nada y todo resultaba novedoso, y más aún por el hecho de habernos quedado nuestros primeros días en un hotel cercano, al cual también aproveché de visitar, encontrándome con la sorpresa de no recordar exactamente ¡donde quedaba!
Luego de un par de vueltas, encontré la edificación, justo en la calle donde cada dos locales, compran oro... ¿será esto una señal?
In some cities, tributes to certain prominent figures in the entertainment, journalism, or arts can be found, and although the most popular one is located in Hollywood, in Buenos Aires there is also the so-called Walk of Fame, located very close to the area of the Obelisk, right in the vicinity of Corrientes Avenue, well known for the theaters that can be found on it.
Taking advantage of the free morning from work, and the good weather that is currently happening, I went to walk the streets of this area of the capital, and also to pass time while waiting to meet up with a friend whom I hadn't seen in 10 years.
That's how I came across the stars of the Walk of Fame, showcasing some well-known figures of the Argentine entertainment world. I must confess that I didn't recognize all of them, except those who somehow remain active in the media where they developed, while others I really have no idea what they excelled in, but for sure they shone brightly enough to be part of this distinguished group.
The first one I recognized was Mirtha Legrand, who is still making headlines in the Argentine media with her usual lunch or dinner show, where she debates certain topics with her various guests.

Being in this area also reminded me a bit of our first days in this country, when we didn't know anything and everything was new, and even more so because we stayed in a nearby hotel during our first days, which I also took the opportunity to visit, only to be surprised that I couldn't remember exactly where it was!
After a couple of turns, I found the building, right on the street where every other shop buys gold... Is this a sign?
