Revisando mi galería de recuerdos, me encontré con estas fotos olvidadas entre todas las que tengo en uno de mis respaldos físicos, y evidentemente mi memoria se devolvió al pasado, justo en la época cuando estábamos recién llegados a Argentina.
Mi primera impresión era la de haber llegado a un país al estilo Narnia, pues llegamos en pleno invierno, el cual según los medios, sería el más frío de los últimos 10 años!
Pero también fui conquistada por lo impresionante de su arquitectura, era como haber retrocedido en el tiempo y vivir en la época de las damas antañonas, que vestían con grandes vestidos armados y corsets ajustados, mientras los caballeros lucían tuxedos y sombreros de copa, solo que en este caso, los trajes resultaban modernos en contraposición con sus edificios.
Este contraste maravilloso me enamoró desde un comienzo, y quise llevar conmigo esta primera imagen, como si solo se circunscribiera a solo una parte del país, cuando la realidad es que muchas ciudades conservan aún esta hermosa arquitectura.
Reviewing my gallery of memories, I came across these forgotten photos among all the ones I have in one of my physical backups, and obviously my memory was transported back to the past, right at the time when we had just arrived in Argentina.
My first impression was that of having arrived in a country like Narnia, as we arrived in the middle of winter, which according to the media, would be the coldest in the last 10 years!

This wonderful contrast charmed me from the start, and I wanted to carry this first image with me, as if it only applied to just one part of the country, when the reality is that many cities still preserve this beautiful architecture.
