In a horrific accident, two 8-year-old sisters were found lost in the California woods for nearly two days, less than two miles from their home in Humboldt County.
The little sister went for a walk near their country house, but got lost in the middle of the woods. The two girls were so lost that they found it difficult to find a place and found shelter under a fallen branch. They drank water from the mulberry leaves. They were so afraid that night.
At first, their parents considered it normal, but after more than a day of their disappearance, the mother began to worry. When asked if she would punish the girls for this recklessness and going out alone, she said she was very proud that the girls learned how to deal with difficulties and help each other.
