Gratitude as we know is the way of being appreciative for what we have rather than hoping for something else.

Gratitude help people to be more positive, and its also help deal with adversity in the right way,thereby bringing more pleasant memories.

In our society today, people feel awkward expressing gratitude, however saying thank you to others nicely is a social skills and its improve relationships as well.

Its normal to seek more, but being thankful for what you have at the moment, make way for those things you don’t have to come so easily.

As the year is coming to an end, i can’t help but reflect on everything i have accomplished so far.
