"Ribbon"

Here is my submission for Zapfic Friday!


Gracefully, artfully, he wove the dainty fabric to and fro - almost lovingly. The music carried him to new heights as he created a beautiful tapestry of delicate strands... music that others could only hear as the screams of the victim he used to create the ribbon he now held.

I wanted to create a short story that starts off beautiful and pleasant, then takes a major turn for the worse. I hope the effect lands the way I want it! Thank you for reading, I promise that not all my pieces will be dark and gloomy, I just seem to have a fascination with the macabre lately, apparently!
