This world and life itself is full of ups and down and we will definitely pass through hardship, failure and setback. all of this can be really hard and difficult for us, but we should never give up we have the ability and power to keep moving.
You know as human we most pass through all of the struggling and setbacks of life because they are all part of life. it comes a time in my life when i think all hope is lost in was passing through alot life was so difficult and so hard don't even know where and how to start thinking I will never rise again. so I set down to listen to other people and what they have pass through and later rise again ooooo i say to myself no matter how hard it goes i must surely ries.
WAYS TO HELP YOU RIES AGAIN
1, Make great plans for yourself, set gaol and see yourself living to achieve them all.
2, choose those that will be around u to help u achieve your goals like friends or family member they can help u to focus or motivate u.
3, dream big because anyone without dreams in this world will wake-up every morning with that same little thinking.
Don't just set goals and dreams big dreams without putting it to work,and don't have the mindset of can i do this? stay focused put your mind in it and belive in yourself that you can achieve your dreams.
