Half a second was all it took for everything to go wrong.
Do I stand or do I remain sitting?
that was all I could think about.
I could feel the fear digging deep into my soul, their eyes were constantly staring me down like a predator timing its prey, so I had no time to gasp for air.
and with the cards in my hand, the fate of the plan now rests on me.

The next move I was about to make would have defined everything, would I win or would I lose. But before I could make the move, the sound of gunshot set the whole place ablaze with everyone running for their lives as bullets flew freely through the air. I grabbed the bag filled with money and made a run for it.
And at this point, their eyes were now fixed on me, again!

"Stop him! quickly! don't let him escape!!!"

I quickly jumped out the window and over the balcony and straight into the truck filled with hay, the height was daring but the risk was worth it.
And off we drove into the sunset with close to a billion-dollar now sitting with us, a successful heist that we would soon regret.
