When the mistake proved to be critical, Nadeem’s boss scolded him sternly, leading to a sunken heart. With that he dashed away a shade of Nadeem’s confidence as the boss declared, “I won’t even consider that!” Nadeem was determined to redeem himself and became engaged in long hours in an effort to rectify the error prooving that he was devoted to perfection. And, with determination and grit, he eventually was able to win his boss’ trust back and make even a mistake work for him both as a person and as a business-man.
