I feel there is someone threatening or tormenting McDonalds. The mocking looking man wearing McDonald's uniform is a sign for "look out for us, look out for more".

McDonald's was handed over to Williams the elders son of McDonald's, McDonald's wanted to see how the son Williams will manage the restaurant before his death.
Williams started running the restaurant smoothly, sales increased,the father was pleased about the growth.
He decided to write his will making Williams the sole owner of the restaurant.
Williams seeing that his pretence has yielded something positive. His past didn't come running to him, all his dirty game were quiet and well hidden. He made up his mind not to go back to it.
McDonald wrote his will and waited for the call to glory.
Williams heard about the will and was so excited. He still continued his business with pure hands. Until one day when his pass came calling. The man (Adams) he worked with in forcefully taking over an estate came asking him to go and take the fall for him, because he was called in by the police for questioning about the estate.
They also freezed all his accounts, he was out of cash, he began to threaten Williams. This scared Williams, he didn't know what to do, he can also could not tell his father. He feared that the dad won't believe him.
If any thing happens to the restaurant,he will loose his father's trust, since he is still alive.
He tried to silent Adams, Adams decided to draw the mocking looking man wearing McDonald's uniform on McDonald's van to torment Williams.
