She lived in the Eastern Side of Endor, where the energy of the Moon was always at its fullest. A witch celebrated throughout the Town and beyond for her mastery over white magic and her unwavering resolution to use it for the greater good. She would heal the sick with compassion in her heart, she would feed those who were hungry and settle very knotty issues.
But Serena's true specialty was protecting the people from harm, especially from dark powers that threatened to engulf her World. For this, she would do anything, even at great personal costs, alongside her faithful dog, Luna, who was believed to be no ordinary dog but a dog-witch
"The hour has come, the hour is now", she whispered, looking through the window into the Moon-lit night. She patted Luna on the head as she slowly rose from her chair and walked across, through the wall, into her secret chamber. Now she stood before the ancient glass, Luna by her side, preparing for the hour of reckoning. It was mageddon, the final battle between good and bad, spoken of in the ancient scrolls of prophecies. Her mission was clear, her role in that final journey was that of a harbinger of light, to stop and destroy the rule of darkness.
Through its depth, Serena could see the visions of doom and destruction of her people if she hesitated for a single moment, but no, she was not afraid to confront "Dakota"(the custodian and the ruler of the realms of darkness), neither was she afraid to claim victory for her people.
Then the glass glowed in the dark, the moment she was waiting for, a signal that she was not alone on this otherworldly journey. A smile played along her lips and a new courage was born as she held on to the paws of Luna. With whispered incantations, she summoned all the powers of white magic and stepped onto the currents of time itself, a most dangerous journey through the annals of time, where the past and the present merged into the future, where she would sacrifice her life and be trapped in time forever, for a future free from the tyranny of darkness.
