This is my entry for @ mariannewest's Freewrite Writing Prompt Day 2042. Prompt: a few good men which is being organized by @ daily.prompt at the time being.
That little village on the slope of the mountain finally can feel the safety and the peace that has long gone since the village is raided by a village gang, who goes from one village to another just to collect money from the villagers. some villagers tried to fight back, but the village chieftain apparently a corrupt person.
That chaos was under his supervision, and the gang are merely his men who do the dirty job for him, to make hoard the money for himself ignoring the safety of his villagers.
But a few good men who planning to just make a short visit to the village managed to crack the operation and get help from the city to restore order in the village. The village chieftain was captured along with his gang.
