Jenna decided to spend the afternoon in a Cafe, and read a book, but all she could think was disgusting thoughts. She was just going to have a peaceful Sunday, only to end up thinking more on the confrontation that she had with her supervisor. The words she had heard before when she was told that she was not good enough resounded in her head. She attempted to disregard it, brought cup of coffee to her lips and looked at the people around her.
At that moment, a little girl sitting at the table close by burst into a laugh, dropping the ice cream then general laughter came from the woman, who appeared to be her mother. Jenna smiled at him and the calmness came over her. She appreciated that she had to quit being anxious and start to ensure that she starts enjoying the moment.
