It seems tired and taking a nape while wrapping itself in a blanket to hide from its owner. I feel its mood isn't good enough to get out of the comfortable bed and go out for a walk which every dog loves to do.

Everydog loves to go out for a walk as it's a meditation for them. But the case here is not the same. As the dog seems tired for aay reason or might be taking rest or wanted to spend its time at home. Its smile while taking a nape feels like its medidating in bed unlike other dogs.
