I recently got more into hive and look forward to contributing a lot more art among other things. This drawing here is done entirely with a rollerball pen then simply had its colors inverted digitally.
The general approach is to just draw whatever looks aesthetically pleasing or interesting. It is a bit like taking notebook doodles to an extreme and seeing where it leads. I have countless others like this but I have always though this one turned out the best.
