Today, I saw that the new Splinterlands contest is starting. I'm looking for a new Splinterland card for drawing, and then I find "Lightning Dragon". I decided to draw it on paper for this weekly contest. I hope you like my work.

Sequence of Drawing
First, I start sketching from the head of the character
Here, I completed the sketching of the character
After sketching, I draw the outline for coloring.
First, I used a blue color
After using blue colors, I used a yellow color
Now, I added a dark blue color
Now, I added a final bule pencil color and finished the drawing
