This time, I'm sharing my entry for the Cosmic Creations
Inspired by the ending of Shingeki no Kyojin, I decided to capture a scene that I loved— the exact moment when Mikasa asks to see Eren again. I don't know if you're fans of the anime, but it's a moment I wanted to convey as a beautiful one.

En esta ocasión les comparto mi participación para el Cosmic Creations
Inspirado por el final de Shingeki no Kyojin, decidí plasmar una escena que me encantó y es ese momento exacto en el que Mikasa pide volver a ver a Eren, no se si serán fans del anime, pero es un momento en el que quise transmitir un lindo momento.

From the beginning, I knew how I wanted this illustration to be. I wanted to have an aerial view of Mikasa as she suppressed her helplessness at not being able to see her great love again. This love was metaphorically manifested in a dove that represents the freedom he sought so much.

Supe desde el principio como quería haber esta ilustración, quería tener una vista aérea de Mikasa mientras reprimía su impotencia al no poder volver a ver a su gran amor, el cual se manifestó metafóricamente en una paloma que representa la libertad que el tanto buscaba..

After defining the sketch and base colors, I proceeded to render Mikasa and the dove, to which I dedicated more time than it seems, even more than the tree and other elements in the composition. I wasn't entirely convinced, but I kept going until I was satisfied 😄

Luego de tener definido el boceto y los colores base procedí y renderizar a Mikasa y la paloma, a los que les dediqué más tiempo de lo que parece, incluso más que al árbol y a los demás elementos de la composición, no me convencía del todo, pero seguí hasta que estuve satisfecho😄

After completing the characters, I delved into the theme of the contest itself, which is nature—the tree of life. Ironically, everything begins with one and ends in the same way.

Luego de tener a los personajes, fui con el tema del concurso en sí y el cual es la naturaleza, el árbol de la vida, irónicamente todo empieza con uno y termina de la misma forma..

In the end, it was about harmonizing all the elements of the composition, giving it a nostalgic mood through the light that passes through the leaves and branches of the tree, merging with the flowers on the ground to complement the entire illustration.

Al final quedaba armonizar todos los elementos de la composición darle un mood de nostalgia atreves de la luz que pasa entre de las hojas y ramas del árbol, juntándose con las flores del suelo complementando toda la ilustración.
