I have been drawing only on digital lately, I always forget how important is to practice the traditional way of making art a little bit
I tried to get back to it with an HB pencil just because it's fun, and let me tell you it just feels different, more "real" in a way.
I felt a lot of nostalgia holding my little pencil because it's been way too long.
Very soon I will make stuff on traditional mediums.

Intenté volver a este arte con un lápiz HB, y realmente se siente diferente, más "real" en cierto modo.

I made this character inspired by the stories of old wise men that are like gurus because of all the experience they have in life. I think drawing this portraits it's really something special to me because my imaginations flies.
Hice este personaje inspirado en las historias de las personas de avanzada edad que son sabios y son como gurús por toda la experiencia que tienen en la vida. Creo que dibujar estos retratos es realmente algo especial para mí porque mi imaginación vuela.
The first thing I did was the facial features on the sketch.
Lo primero que hice fue delimitar los espacios de los rasgos faciales en el bosquejo.
After that I did the hair...

I finish with a few extralines to get the effect of a ethereal spirit.

I tried another AI filter from nightcafe and it turned out a very scary face.

Finally I put a background on the image to see the results and I have to say that the background really adds something to it imo.
Finalmente puse un fondo en la imagen para ver los resultados y tengo que decir que el fondo realmente le agrega un plus .
